Lots of fun was had during this maternity session, spending the afternoon with such a gorgeous family again on their journey with Lisa’s second pregnancy. We certainly shared lots of laughs which is my kind of session, especially when trying to get Lisa’s Mum to “throw” the chiffon train up in the air and then get out of shot so she wasn’t seen.
All day we had been watching the weather, deciding what to do as it was supposed to rain and although we were not lucky enough to have beautiful blue skies with afternoon sun flare, at least the rain held off for us during this on location maternity shoot which was held just outside of Logan Village, Qld.
It’s been so wonderful watching this family grow and create their own lasting memories along their journey…they’re soon to welcome a second little bundle into the world, making their Toddler Mila a big Sister which I cannot wait to photograph in a few short week’s time. It’s always a humble and rewarding experience to have return clients trust you and come back for their second, third and fourth session.
